Testimonials:
Dr. Barbara Benson,
Retired Educator
"On June 29, 2025, I attended a presentation facilitated by Elizabeth at Dancing Tree Festival in Blue Ridge, GA called Men and Women’s Pelvic Floor Health Awareness. I knew very little about the pelvic floor. Elizabeth has a knack for explaining anatomy in terms that is easily understood by people like me who have no background in the health or science fields. In the presentation, Elizabeth used visual photos of the male and female pelvic floor as she explained symptoms of pelvic floor problems and how the pelvic floor anatomy is so different between a male and a female. Elizabeth is a researcher. She reads widely about what she presents on and she takes time to answer audience questions. I would call her an enthusiastic expert and I strongly recommend seeking out her guidance and support. "

"I had specific interests in the two workshops Elizabeth Stein presented at the recent Dancing Tree Healing Arts & Music Festival because of my own mental health therapy work.
Her session on “Intuition: Our Innate Super Power” was an exercise in recognizing and accessing that Power while being enlightening and encouraging as well. Since my work is intuitive, this was quite useful. She spoke with clarity and simplicity, expressing a deep understanding and broad perspective which she shared with us graciously. Questions and statements from participants showed how Elizabeth’s words had evoked thoughtfulness, ongoing interests, and commitment to utilize the information.
"Elizabeth’s session on “Men & Women’s Pelvic Health & Awareness” was important to me because one of my male clients is dealing with pelvic floor problems. I learned so much, had no idea how vital a healthy pelvic floor is for the whole body, and came away committed to remembering all she shared. She showed and explained the physical design and functions of the pelvis, along with symptoms that may / may not be recognized. Exercises, nutritional information, possible causes of problems, as well as ongoing exacerbations rounded out a thorough understanding. Given Elizabeth’s ability to convey complicated information simply and completely, her strong commitment to educating, healing and care is obvious and hopeful."
